Professional safety audits of pallet racking, cantilever racking, steel shelving and other warehouse storage systems, conducted in line with AS 4084.2:2023. Formal inspections should be completed at intervals not exceeding 12 months.
Our inspectors review racking configurations, beam levels, load capacities, load signage and safety protection to identify overloading risks, unauthorised modifications and other conditions that may affect safe operation.
You receive a detailed report with identified defects, risk classifications, photographic evidence and recommended corrective actions, providing a clear plan for monitoring, repairing or replacing damaged components.
Where safe and practical, our auditor can complete minor racking repairs during the inspection. Larger or specialist repairs will be documented in the inspection report, with clear recommendations for the required corrective work.
